If the buyer decides to return any part of the ordered item, he or she must contact the place of purchase. If you are a distributor, please contact AutoLightDepot.com, and on approval, you will receive a return authorization code. This RMA# must be legible on the outside of the packages being returned. RMA# are valid for 10 days, please return item ASAP.

There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. All returns are accepted within 30 days of invoice for the original purchase price. All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All products returned must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. Items will be inspected, if it does not meet the criteria, the buyer must accept any incurred costs.

All returns shipping must be prepaid. Any returns by COD or without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the buyer at his or her own expense. Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable. Buyer is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his or her own protection.

AutoLightDepot.com nor the shipping company would not be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any other charges by the courier company. We're not responsible for any physical damaged done to item or customer vehicle during and after installation.

Some of our parts have installation instruction either through video or PDF file. However, we highly recommend our customers to seek professional advice for better installation of the products as we do not have technicians on site to further assist. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
