Shipping (FREE SHIPPING on most orders within USA)

CANADA Customers: You are responsible for your TAX & DUTY Fees. We use (UPS Standard 5-7 business days) to ship your product.

PUERTO RICO Customers: We use (USPS Standard 2-9 business days) to ship your product.

We offer free shipping on most orders to all domestic customers. We clearly remark FREE SHIPPING for any item that qualify for FREE SHIPPING in the product description page. Free Shipping offer is only available for Free Shipping item and Free Shipping Service only provide for Domestic U.S. with physical address (48 States only).

Most orders usually ship same business day if received by 2pm PST. If an item is out of stock, we will contact the buyer and inform the status. Some items need 24-48hours to be ship.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new. All damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer box is not damaged). Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive (prior to any installation). Customers MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

Shipping cost are non-refundable.

We use USPS, UPS, Fedex (3-7 days delivery within U.S.) to deliver the product to you.

All Express orders must received by Noon PST to ensure on time delivery.

All U.S. packages will have a tracking number. We are not responsible for damages or lost package in transit.

Some of our parts have installation instruction either through video or PDF file. However, we highly recommend our customers to seek professional advice for better installation of the products as we do not have technicians on site to further assist. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
